The free consultancy is as long as it takes to clarify what your needs are. It usually is half an hour, but can go up to one hour if your requirements are more complex.
AssayConsultant usually performs conference calls using various types of platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype. Whatsapp, Wechat or phone calls are also possible. After each consultancy a small report is made which is sent to the customer shortly after the call.
